The Enchanted Forest Event Venue (formerly Walker’s Maple Grove) is an elegant setting to gather with friends and family to remember your loved one. Includes:

• Three (3) Hours of Room Rental. Additional time may be added for $175/hour.  Additional time beyond 3 hours must be agreed to by Emerald City Catering prior to booking.
• Food Service (Buffet Style). Additional charges for other types of service. 
• Staffing included in package price.
• Bar Service for Cash Bar. Inquire for Open Bar – Pricing based on drinks ordered.
• Quotes available for numbers of people other than standard packages.

• Emerald City Catering will charge for the estimated number of guests provided unless the number of actual guests exceeds the estimate. If the number of actual guests exceeds the estimate, Emerald City will charge for the actual number of guests. 
• Emerald City Catering does not assume gratuity (except for bar packages).
• Emerald City Catering reserves the right to substitute menu items if the guest count exceeds the estimated guest count and to assign the facility best suited to the size & function of each event. At Emerald City Catering’s discretion, two onsite events may be scheduled simultaneously & will be separated by a room divider or pipe & drape. 
• Emerald City Catering strictly prohibits the serving of any food or beverage not purchased from Emerald City Catering and Events without prior authorization.
